Introduction

Which woman has not once searched for the perfect creation for a special occasion? Often we know from autopsy that this is quite a challenge, and despite the many possibilities, we are still unable to find that one dress of our dreams. For this very reason, a luxury brand with Polish capital was created to meet the requirements of even the most demanding women. The offer includes primarily dresses, but also other parts of women's closet. The brand is distinguished from the competition by high-quality materials, careful workmanship and original designs. Huge commitment to the production process results in creations that are perfect in every way, making women feel special.

Challenge

Despite its already established market image, the company wanted to maximize its potential in the area of online marketing. The online channels in which the company had previously invested were not yielding maximum returns. Therefore, we took on the challenge of increasing profitability with more efficient use of online channels.

What we did

Semguru's team undertook a comprehensive optimization of advertising efforts with a focus on three key areas:

SEO

We identified SEO weaknesses and conducted a thorough analysis of keywords, on-page content and site structure. We then addressed appropriate keyword selection based on the AIDA model. We expanded the blog and carried out content work. We also couldn't forget about strong link building, which is an indispensable part of effective SEO efforts.

Google Ads

We carried out a major overhaul of the advertising account structure, adapting it to the new goals and campaign strategy. In order to reduce costs and focus on more profitable areas, we eliminated settings that were causing the budget to be spent inefficiently. We excluded phrases related to phrases and excluded mobile apps from the campaign. We improved the brand's reputation by keeping ads contextually relevant and excluding placements with sensitive content in ad placements. We ensured continuous account optimization by monitoring and adjusting campaigns in real time. In addition, we reprioritized from the number of transactions to the margin gained from sales, which allowed us to achieve more profitable results. Using advanced analytics tools, we conducted an in-depth analysis of multi-channel path data in Google Analytics 4, which helped us better understand customer behavior, optimize ad campaigns and create remarketing lists based on goals.

Social Ads

We began the road to success by rewiring the advertising account for good practices. We carefully analyzed current ad campaigns and identified areas for improvement. We developed a unified strategy that incorporated targeting best practices. We also ensured constant monitoring of the account and ongoing optimization.
